Brent Pearson is a Chartered Accountant who
has served in executive management roles for
over 25 years. With an expertise in finance and
banking, Brent has held positions as Chief
Financial Officer at Al Islami Foods, Chief
Financial Officer at SSL Holding, CEO at Centre
Point Logistics, Group Financial Controller for La
Trobe Financial Services Group, General
Manager - Revenue Accounting for Qantas
Airways, Vice President at Bankers Trust, in
addition to positions at Coca Cola and Deloitte.
Brent currently manages his own commodities
trading and project funding businesses, applying
his experiences in M&A, institutional funding and supply chain management.

Brent grew up and was educated in Australia, he holds a Masters in Finance from RMIT,
Australia, a Bachelor of Business Degree with Distinction from UTS, Australia, and is a
member of the Institute of Chartered Accounts Australia and Securities Institute of Australia.

Eric Chen

Mr. Eric Chen is a highly accomplished senior executive with demonstrated success in business transformation, as well as developing & executing long-term strategies that support the organisational goals, throughout his 20 years of international experience in CEO, CFO and other leadership roles at listed/multinational companies across diverse sectors, including health products, FMCG, mining, among others.
Eric is one of Australia’s most experienced business leader in health products industry, with demonstrated leadership and commercial expertise in strategic planning and decision-making, and proven track record in driving business values and sustained growth. Eric holds a Master Degree of Business Administration (MBA), and double Bachelor Degrees of Economics, and Commercial Laws, and was serving as one the Board of Directors of Complementary Medicine Australia (CMA).
Nem Jović

Nem Jović is the Founder and Director of NS Services Group (NSSG Pty Ltd), an investment firm specializing in the acquisition and management of established trade-service businesses within the building and construction industry In his role on the Board of Directors, Nem drives the company’s vision and strategic direction, overseeing business administration and ensuring sustained growth and operational excellence. He leads efforts in investment sourcing, business valuation, transaction structuring, acquisition financing, and capital raising.
Supported by a highly experienced Board of Directors and external advisors, Nem brings a wealth of expertise to NSSG. Prior to founding the group, he successfully operated multiple businesses in the building and construction sector.
